In light of the current on-going situation due to Covid-19 the registration window for the Entrance Test was extended to allow two additional weeks.

The registration period ran from Monday 18 May 2020 and closed at 12noon on Tuesday 30 June 2020

In addition to the Gloucestershire Familiarisation Material, CEM have released some Official CEM Practice Papers for this year’s Entrance Test. 

These are now available please see below

Admission to Year 7 in September 2021 is by entrance examination.  The CEM test consists of two papers assessing verbal, numerical and non-verbal ability.

The seven Gloucestershire Grammar Schools are still working on the basis that the Entrance Test will take place as planned on Saturday 12 September. Each school will follow the current Government guidance on social distancing and hygiene. However, if any changes are necessary communication will continue with all parents/carers who register their Year 5 children and this communication will be via email so please ensure you register with an email address that is fully accessible to you at all times.
